L'Antica Trattoria Due Colonne is one of the longest-standing restaurants in the historic center of Rome. Since 1821, it has been serving typical dishes of Roman cuisine and local tradition. The current management dates back to 2001, when Gianluca began a project driven by a passion for genuine cooking and simple flavors: traditional dishes from Lazio and central Italy returned to the table, along with homemade pasta and desserts, classic meat and fish dishes, bruschetta, and soups. The wine cellar has been enriched with selected labels and craft beers. The trattoria also became a pizzeria, using an exclusive dough known for its simplicity and lightness. All ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality. The recent renovation has created a welcoming atmosphere and expanded the offerings: the venue now operates continuously and also serves as a bar, tea room, café, and wine bar.
